Community Benefits

The Wynn Neighborhood Improvement Fund works with local residents to address persistent challenges in public safety and security, sanitation to keep sidewalks and streets clean, beautification of sidewalks, tree and flower beds and public open space, and quality-of-life improvements as identified by the local community.

We understand that neighborhood stakeholders have solutions in mind to the challenges local residents face, but often lack funding to put those plans into action. Rather than award short-term commitments, Wynn’s Neighborhood Improvement Fund will provide multi-year funding for critical programs so adjacent neighborhoods can put their solutions into action.

The WNIF will invest and collaborate with adjacent neighborhoods immediately upon opening the resort. For example, the Hudson Yards Hell's Kitchen Alliance (HYHK) Business Improvement District (BID) - which focuses on the overall maintenance of Bella Azburg Park and other initiatives - will receive significant incremental funding with Wynn New York City and Related Companies making up more than half of their annual budget.

The Wynn Artists Collective will commission local artists, whose work will be displayed both throughout Hudson Green’s public open space and within the resort. The Wynn Artists Collective is intended to ensure that Manhattan’s West Side continues to be a center of creative expression.
